This year’s Gelnhausen Airfield Festival once again offered a special experience for all aviation enthusiasts. Junkers Aircraft was represented at the event alongside the Junkers Luftverkehr Association, its legendary Junkers F 13, Charlotte Junkers, and Junkers Watches.
The weekend was all about the fascination of aviation: a varied airshow featuring historic aircraft such as the Bücker Jungmeister and the P-51 Mustang, demonstrations by Team Niebergall, as well as gliding and aerobatics provided some truly impressive moments. Another special highlight was the sightseeing flights aboard the Junkers F 13, which brought aviation history to life.
Julia Hundertmark (FlyingJul) was also part of our team again and helped out at the Junkers booth during the event.
The Flugplatz-Kerb demonstrated once more just how closely historic aircraft, modern aviation, and the community’s passion are intertwined.
