A special event is coming up: The first-ever Junkers Experience Day will take place at the historic Aeroporto Nicelli on the Lido di Venezia.
With this pilot project, Junkers Aircraft is creating a platform to bring its aircraft and the brand’s history to life in a unique setting. Invited guests will have the opportunity to get to know the A50 Junior, the A50 Heritage, and the A60 during test flights and to experience the different models up close.
Participants include, among others, prospective buyers, representatives of Italian airfields, journalists, creators, VIPs, and local decision-makers.
In addition to the flight experiences, history is also a central focus: A guided tour of Aeroporto Nicelli led by a historian will provide insights into the special connection between this historic airfield and Junkers. The program will be complemented by a presentation by Bernd Huckenbeck of the Junkers Luftverkehr Association on Hugo Junkers and his extraordinary legacy.
The Junkers Experience Day thus bridges the past and the future—at a location that epitomizes the history of aviation like no other.
